This Agreement sets forth the rights, obligations and necessary matters between the Company and its customers in connection with the use of mobile game applications (hereinafter referred to as "BSinteractive Apps") provided by BSinteractive (the "Company").
Please read these Terms carefully before using the "BSinteractive App" and agree to the Terms if you use the "BSinteractive App". This Agreement will be announced at the time of the first execution of "BSinteractive App" and will be approved by "User", and "User" will be able to check this terms again through "BSinteractive App".
Article 1 Definitions
Terms used in these terms are defined as follows.
1. "User" means a customer who downloads and uses the "BSinteractive App". Unless there are special reasons, the "Company" shall consider the device names of mobile phones, smartphones or tablet PCs equipped with "BSinteractive App" to be "users".
2. "Open Market" means a space, application, or website that mediates transactions between "Company" and "User" so that the user can download the "BSinteractive App" for free or for free.

4. "In-App Purchase" means payment action for purchasing various items, functions, game money, etc. in "BSinteractive App".

6. "Downloadable game app" refers to a game app in which the usage history of "BSinteractive app" (character information, item information, game usage history, etc.) is stored and managed in the "BSinteractive app" itself.
7. "Networked game app" is a game app where the usage of "BSinteractive app" is stored and managed on the server of "company".
Article 2 Classification of Service Subject
1. BSinteractive is provided by BSinteractive in all open markets.
2. Article 3 Application and Change of Terms
1. This Agreement is applicable between "Company" and "User" of "BSinteractive App" served in the Republic of Korea.
2. This Agreement shall be amended from time to time within the scope of not violating relevant laws and regulations if necessary due to revision or revision of related laws such as Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce etc., Contents Industry Promotion Act, can be. Article 4 Downloading and Application of "BSinteractive App"
1. "User" can download the "BSinteractive App" according to the terms and policies of each open market. 2. If "User" agrees to these Terms after downloading and installing "BSinteractive App" in each Open Market, the "User" and "Company" will conclude the usage agreement according to these Terms and Conditions. However, due to technical, business or institutional issues of the "Company", the use of the "BSinteractive App" may be restricted.
3. Unless otherwise specified, the name of the device on which the "Company" and "BSinteractive App" are downloaded is deemed to be a party to the "BSinteractive App" usage agreement under this Agreement.

Article 6 In-App Payment

5. "User" is responsible for paying in-app payment in good faith.

Article 7 Withdrawal of subscription, payment of minor payment
1. In-App items sold in the "BSinteractive App" are classified as those that can be withdrawn or restricted according to the relevant laws and regulations such as the Consumer Protection Law and the Contents Industry Promotion Act in electronic commerce. In the case of In-App items that can be withdrawn from the subscription, the user can request withdrawal of the subscription to the "Company" by telephone or e-mail to the in-app items not used within 7 days after purchasing the corresponding In-App item. Article 9 Rights and Obligations

F) "Company" may store chat conversations, notes, bulletin articles, etc. exchanged with other "users" within "BSinteractive App", and "User" agrees. "Company" will use stored chat conversations, messages, bulletin articles, etc. only for the use of unusual "BSinteractive apps" and resolving disputes between users, and will ensure that only the minimum number of people can identify them.

2. The rights and duties of the "user" are as follows.

Article 14 Exemption

Article 15 Interpretation of Terms and Rules

Article 16 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
1. If there is a disagreement or dispute between the Company and the Member regarding the use of the Service, it must be resolved by agreement between the parties.
2. The User may apply for dispute settlement to the Content Dispute Mediation Committee (www.kcdrc.kr) in accordance with the Content Industry Promotion Act for disputes related to the "BSinteractive App" and these Terms and Conditions. If the dispute can not be resolved in a satisfactory manner, the court will be the jurisdiction of the Busan District Court.
3. The dispute between the Company and the Member shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
